This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application (the 'App') provided by Mayi VPN (the 'Service' or 'we') handles necessary personal information. The Service is provided on an as-is basis, and we take reasonable measures within this policy to protect user privacy.

When you download and launch the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, crash information, and duration of use. To provide suitable connection options, we may process approximate device location information. This data is used mainly for: 1. Node recommendations based on Mayi VPN route availability; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate diagnostics; 3. Service communications, such as account notices, security alerts, or important updates sent to your registered email or username. Sensitive information is handled according to this policy.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, statistics, and feature improvement. Except in the following circumstances, we do not share your personal information with third parties: 1. Compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. Protection of users' life, property, or investigation of fraud; 3. Cooperation with entrusted service providers that are bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop data collection, remove the App through your device's standard uninstall process; after uninstallation, the App will no longer generate new operational data.

User-provided data will be retained during the service period and for a reasonable grace period afterward. If you need to close your account and delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for minors under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group. If such data is discovered, we will take deletion measures. Guardians may contact us through the same email for necessary handling.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements or business changes. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
