This agreement is a legal contract between you and Mayi VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying or modification of the App or related trademarks is prohibited. You may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or service fees, and material changes will be communicated to users. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken security controls and cause the App to malfunction or face security risks.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitation notice: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible when service cannot be used because of device arrears, data caps, poor signal, or carrier restrictions. Mobile carriers may charge data fees when the App is used outside Wi-Fi. If roaming is enabled outside your home country without an appropriate data plan, resulting charges are your responsibility. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. For example, inability to access the Service because a device battery is depleted is not compensable. Although we work to provide accurate route and service information, some data may come from third-party partners; we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services within a reasonable scope. After termination, your usage license becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.
